mine took about 2 weeks from ordering to my door, to Texas. personalized stuff always takes a bit longer because they have to make it.

I don't think you can return personalized stuff unless it's actually defective or they messed up. Like if the engraving is wrong or something. If you just change your mind, you're probably out of luck.

yeah, most custom items are final sale everywhere. It's because they can't resell it. so make sure you love the design before ordering.

Does anyone know if their stuff is actually sterling silver or if it's just plated? Some sites say sterling but it's really just cheap alloy.

I'm pretty sure they do both. My bar necklace was definitely sterling, felt good quality. But they also have gold plated options so just check the description carefully for each item.
